Laura K. Caiafa is the managing member of Caiafa & Company, LLC. Laura is an Enrolled Agent with 20 years’ experience in tax preparation and taxpayer representation before the IRS. She regularly services clients with tax planning issues and works with business clients to assist with their accounting and tax needs. She is a QuickBooks Online Certified ProAdvisor. She has 10+ years’ experience in Project Management and is a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM). Laura has a Bachelor’s degree from Quinnipiac University and Masters of Business Administration from Southern Connecticut State University. She is a member of the National Association of Tax Professionals (NATP) and the Connecticut Society of Enrolled Agents. She serves as a board member of the Connecticut Society of Enrolled Agents and is the acting Treasurer of Business Builders networking group. In her free time, Laura enjoys spending time with her wife, Marissa, and their sons, Vincent and Roman. She also coaches Freshmen volleyball at Sacred Heart Academy in Hamden, Connecticut.
